Robert E. Petro, Jr., a native Mobilian, is a graduate of Springhill College and one of the founders of ELM. Robert handles company compliance with the Alabama Professional Employer Registration Act, which is the law governing the entire PEO Industry in the state of Alabama. In addition, Robert is the Human Resource side of ELM, assisting clients with employee relations, handbooks, policies and procedures, and other issues arising in the day to day role of an employer.
